Since its founding in 1992, the company group has continuously evolved, gaining extensive experience and expertise. With the establishment of T1949 GmbH, equipped with the necessary storage capacities, logistics, and skilled personnel, the company successfully positioned itself as a general contractor, earning a reputation for quality and reliability. Last year, Ectus 82. AG was founded to expand the offering as a general contractor. The expanded team, consisting of architects and TGA planners, enables the provision of turnkey construction projects, including development and planning.
For the years 2024/2025, Ectus 82. AG plans a construction volume of approximately 11,600 m² GFA, equivalent to a value of 21 million euros. The focus is on comprehensive support for customers in all phases of their construction projects, from conception to realization.
