The installation of the underfloor heating is in full swing. Our heating circuit distributors are operating with four systems, ensuring efficient and comfortable performance. The laying of the heating coils in the first floors is almost complete, with special care taken to ensure even heat distribution.

Ectus 82. AG

Since its founding by Wolfgang Pink in 1992, the company group has continuously evolved. With the establishment of T1949 GmbH, which has necessary storage capacities, logistics, and skilled personnel, the company has established itself as a general contractor known for its quality and reliability. Last year, Ectus 82. AG was founded to expand the offering as a turnkey contractor. The expanded team, consisting of architects and technical building services (TGA) planners, enables the offering of turnkey construction projects including development and planning.

For the years 2024/2025, Ectus 82. AG has a planned construction volume of approximately 11,600 sqm GFA, equivalent to 21 million euros. Supporting customers in all phases of their construction projects, from conception to realization, is a top priority. Through qualified consulting and efficient collaboration, it is ensured that projects are completed on time and within budget. As a general contractor and project developer, the company offers comprehensive services in architecture and construction all under one roof.
