A new residential construction project focused on subsidized housing is being developed at Brandenburger Straße 36, not far from the historic center of Nauen.
The property to be developed is located in the Extended City Center housing subsidy area, and an application has been submitted to the ILB Bank under a funding program for new rental housing construction. Thus, we are doing our part to alleviate the housing shortage. The city’s demand confirmation is already available.
The generously designed green space with a neighborhood and playground offers a high quality of life for young and elderly people as well as families with children. Public transportation and shops for daily needs are within a few minutes’ walk, and the metropolis of Berlin is quickly accessible via the Berlin Ring A10 motorway.
According to the project-specific and legally binding development plan, several residential units with barrier-free access will be constructed.
