In the “Neue Mitte” district of Elstal, the construction of a medical center called “GesundheitPlus” is planned. The commercial area, totaling 4,830 square meters, will span over 3 full stories plus a basement.

The signed lease agreement with the anchor tenant specifies the use of a portion of the ground floor for fitness and physiotherapy, as well as the basement area for wellness. The remaining lease space on the 1st to 2nd or 3rd floors is designated for medical practices and treatment rooms.

The new construction project is well-connected by both car, via the highway (connection to B5 to the Berliner Ring), and by train, via the Elstal train station located 1.2km away. From here, the nearest metropolis Berlin and Potsdam can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The immediate surroundings are characterized by development sites and will bring a large number of new residents in the coming years. These include the Vonovia new construction project and the Olympic Village, among others. Also in the immediate vicinity are Karls Erdbeerhof, which is undergoing further development with an investment of 100 million EUR, and the B5 Designer Outlet Center.
