The barrier-free residential building “Wilhelm11” is located right in the heart of Wilhelmsdorfer Str. 11, directly adjacent to the city center.

Projekte

The barrier-free residential building “Wilhelm11” is located centrally at Wilhelmsdorfer Str. 11, right next to the city center. The new building consists of a front house with a left side wing and a large courtyard with parking spaces, creating a total of 31 new residential units. The units are barrier-free and fully wheelchair accessible. Most of the units feature a balcony, loggia, or terrace.

An application was submitted to the ILB Bank under the “New Rental Housing Construction” funding program. Thus, we are doing our part to alleviate the housing shortage. The city’s demand confirmation is already available. Approximately 75% of the newly created housing is subject to price control.

The main train station is conveniently reachable in less than a 10-minute walk, and galleries and shops are within an 800-meter radius.

The surrounding buildings are predominantly renovated, partially historic residential and commercial properties. The quality of life in this neighborhood can indeed be described as very high.
